Return Policy (No Returns - Final Sale)
At Seraphis, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each product is carefully prepared for you upon order, which is why we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on any items, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
Refunds are not available for any orders, except in cases where we have made an error (such as sending a defective or incorrect item). If a refund is approved under these circumstances, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
